What you will do

• Diagnose and analyze equipment problems for customer devices.
• Meet repair quality, volume, and turnaround time KPIs.
• Repair Apple and Android devices using hand and power tools.
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts and devices.
• Update and close repair tickets in internal systems.
• Engage with vendors and customers while maintaining a clean workspace.

Requirements

• Must have unrestricted right to work in the United States
• 0-1+ years of experience in mobile device repair.
• Relevant certifications such as ACMT, ACiT, or manufacturer-specific training.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a consistent basis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
