Salary: £110,000–£120,000

What you will do

• Set and communicate a clear vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Data function.
• Build, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of data engineers and analysts.
• Own internal data distribution and analytics models to support product, operations, and financial reporting.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver intuitive, reliable in-product analytics for clinicians.
• Lead the data side of the AI lifecycle, including governance, experimentation, and secure productization.
• Ensure strong data quality, lineage, and access controls within a regulated healthcare environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading Data teams and defining strategy in a product-led SaaS environment.
• Strong technical understanding of modern data platforms, architectures, and reporting layers.
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences through strong communication.
• Experience working in regulated environments such as healthcare or finance is a strong plus.
• Collaborative, low-ego leadership style focused on mentorship and shared ownership.
