What you will do

• Generate novel UX ideas for AI Agents, considering the needs of various user personas.
• Propose solutions, create detailed mockups, and build interactive prototypes to solve user and business problems.
• Collaborate with Engineers, PMs, and ML experts to define product strategy and feature requirements.
• Conduct user research with contact center customers to gather insights and validate feature usability.
• Act as a design advocate to push for the highest quality of polish in the final product.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in UX Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Experience designing AI Agents, Virtual Agents, or Conversational AI.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design thinking and polished UI craftsmanship.
• Proficiency in Figma and AI prototyping tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or V0.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the US or Canada.
