What you will do

• Own and drive the end-to-end web presence while aligning brand and product design systems.
• Design static and motion creative for paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing channels.
• Produce high-quality motion graphics and short-form video for web, social, and events.
• Lead creative direction for tradeshows, including booth design, signage, and collateral.
• Concept and execute out-of-home campaigns such as billboards and transit wraps.
• Manage external contractors to ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing surfaces.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in brand, marketing, or creative design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and physical/experiential design work.
• Proficiency in motion graphics tools like Lottie, After Effects, or Premiere.
• Ability to own campaign concepts from initial strategy through pixel-perfect execution.
• Must be able to work on-site in the San Francisco office.
• Deep interest in how AI is reshaping modern workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping out-of-home or experiential work like booths and billboards.
• Background in brand design at an early-stage, high-growth startup.
• Experience with swag design and production.
• History of close collaboration with product design teams on shared systems.
