What you will do

• Lead and manage the Brand design team of approximately 8 people across brand, motion, web, and enterprise marketing.
• Define long-term brand strategy, including the vision, narrative, and guidelines to align with business objectives.
• Partner with the Creative Director to maintain visual quality and brand coherence across all touchpoints.
• Execute the operating model for brand involvement in launches, campaigns, and GTM moments.
• Build and optimize production workflows to balance speed with craft quality.
• Manage cross-functional partnerships with Comms, Product Marketing, and Events, as well as external vendors.

Requirements

• Experience leading a brand or marketing design team of 5+ people at a consumer tech company.
• Strong people management instincts and experience developing design talent.
• Operational strength in building intake processes and managing team capacity.
• Design fluency and creative taste necessary to lead high-level creative work.
• Experience partnering with GTM, communications, and marketing teams on major launches.
