What you will do

• Own and define the end-to-end visual identity and brand aesthetic for the company.
• Translate complex technical ideas into narrative-rich, cohesive marketing visuals.
• Design and ship marketing surfaces including landing pages, presentations, and blog assets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Developer Experience teams to maintain design consistency.
• Propose creative directions and iterate quickly on marketing campaigns.
• Scale the design function and influence future creative strategy as the team expands.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Americas or willing to work in US timezones.
• Proven experience in a brand, visual, or communication design role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft, creativity, and concept-driven work.
• Ability to ship landing pages end-to-end without engineering support.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools for experimentation and execution.
