What you will do

• Architect and scale resilient infrastructure to support intensive AI/ML workloads and real-time model deployments.
• Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and observability systems to ensure system health and performance.
• Debug, optimize, and automate infrastructure for fast iteration and rapid deployment cycles.
• Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve incidents to maintain high service levels.
• Collaborate with ML specialists and founders to shape product, infrastructure, and security strategies.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in San Francisco
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in building or supporting production-grade infrastructure for high-throughput systems.
• Proficiency in Python or similar languages.
• Exceptional skills in cloud platforms, container orchestration (Kubernetes), networking, and storage technologies.
• Prior experience in early-stage, high-growth environments.

Nice to have

• Experience building or optimizing systems for AI/ML, fintech, or enterprise clients.
• Passion for automating incident management processes with LLMs/AI.
• Contributions to open-source reliability or observability tools.
