What you will do

• Continuously evolve security tools, practices, and organizational culture.
• Lead security initiatives across applications, infrastructure, and internal processes.
• Define and implement security best practices throughout the entire SDLC.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design secure architectures and validate requirements.

Requirements

• Deep experience in ethical hacking, pentesting, and secure software design.
• Strong technical knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Kubernetes, and GCP.
• Hands-on experience with cloud security, appsec, and infrastructure security.
• Ability to automate security tasks and design scalable defenses.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Nice to have

• Experience with security automation or detection engineering.
• Contributions to CTFs, security research, or open-source projects.
