What you will do

• Act as a trusted partner to retail and manufacturer clients, translating customer data into clear, actionable insights.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the Shopper Behavior module within the Scintilla Insight platform.
• Develop client plans that drive measurable value, strong client satisfaction, and meaningful business impact.
• Collaborate closely with partners at Walmart and leading suppliers.
• Ensure customer-led thinking is central to shared decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinking with a problem-solving, hypothesis-driven mindset.
• Experience supporting client onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
• Ability to compile, validate, and organize data for insight tools.
