What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of support for Data Vantage platforms during the Singapore coverage window.
• Perform daily system health checks, monitor production environments, and resolve technical issues.
• Act as a liaison between global banks, buy-side firms, and internal technology teams.
• Conduct API certification testing and manage client access and entitlements.
• Troubleshoot complex data and technical issues using SQL, UNIX shell, and log analysis.
• Update internal technical procedures and draft specifications for platform changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in securities-related or technical support roles.
• Proficiency in UNIX/Linux Shell, SQL, and Cloud technology (AWS/GCP).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Ability to work early shifts (starting 5–6 AM SGT) to align with global market hours.
• Experience with Agile development methodology.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, Korean, or Japanese.
• Familiarity with US equities, options, or futures markets.
