What you will do

• Meet facility revenue goals and monitor productivity and quality for high customer satisfaction.
• Answer client and ROIS questions, distribute work, manage scheduling, time off, and payroll.
• Assist in training, hiring, evaluating, and disciplining onsite and remote staff.
• Prepare weekly dashboards, month-end reports, and perform quality reviews and site evaluations.
• Review, process, scan, and log release of information requests per state/federal statutes.
• Calculate billing, certify records, maintain supplies, and develop client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; prior supervisory experience required
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving history, and ability to travel to assigned accounts
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy standards required; RHIT certification or pass ROI course (85%+) within 90 days
• Medical terminology coursework preferred; experience with medical records/healthcare beneficial
• Effective communication with clients, staff, and management
• Consistent work attendance with minimal unplanned deviations
