What you will do

• Lead interior design projects from programming and space planning through construction.
• Develop design narratives that integrate brand, user experience, and function for commercial clients.
• Manage project workflows and timelines for multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Produce detailed design documentation in Revit and create project visualizations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and furniture dealers.
• Focus on institutional projects within education and healthcare, while expanding into retail and hospitality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience (12–15 years preferred).
• Proven track record leading commercial interior projects from concept to completion.
• Significant experience with institutional work in education and/or healthcare.
• Strong proficiency in Revit.
• NCIDQ certification and related credentials are strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and CET.
• Experience coordinating with furniture dealers and managing procurement specifications.
