What you will do

• Prepare high-level board presentations, practice communications, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate key events including ACO retreats, kick-offs, and board meetings.
• Design and implement financial and KPI reports using business intelligence tools.
• Monitor compliance activities to ensure organizational standards.
• Support Market Presidents and field teams with special projects and data requests.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 to 3 years of related professional experience.
• Ability to work effectively across US time zones.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
