What you will do

• Partner with marketing leadership to identify and map high-impact, repeatable workflows for automation.
• Architect and build scalable, reliable AI agents that execute end-to-end marketing processes.
• Design distributed systems that securely integrate with hirify.global Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, and other enterprise tools.
• Apply modern software architecture principles to ensure agents are production-grade and fault-tolerant.
• Define and instrument success metrics to measure time saved, throughput, and system accuracy.
• Review code for correctness, security, and maintainability while leveraging AI coding tools to accelerate delivery.

Requirements

• 9+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 4+ years in architecture or principal-level roles.
• Strong expertise in designing and building distributed systems with a focus on concurrency, fault tolerance, and observability.
• Proven track record of shipping production-grade software that is relied upon daily.
• Hands-on experience integrating enterprise platforms via APIs.
• Experience deploying AI-assisted agents or LLM-powered workflows in production environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with hirify.global Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, or the broader hirify.global platform.
• Background blending deep engineering with product or operations exposure.
