What you will do
- Implement working Agentforce and Salesforce solution artifacts for partner teams during customer sales cycles.
- Build production-ready implementations handling identity, permissions, governed actions, and observability.
- Create reusable accelerators including metadata, deployment scripts, and install guides.
- Pair directly with partner and customer technical teams to debug and harden proof-of-concepts.
- Produce clear technical walkthroughs, READMEs, and delivery kits to increase platform credibility.
- Surface product friction and missing capabilities back to internal product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, Boston, or New York.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform including Agentforce, Flow, Apex, and LWC.
- Practical experience building LLM-powered applications including prompt design, RAG, and tool calling.
- Proficiency in agentic coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems via APIs, MuleSoft, Data Cloud, or Slack.
- Comfortable coding in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Apex, or Java.
Nice to have
- Experience with or Salesforce CLI-based development.
- Background as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or technical founder.
- Experience building or using MCP servers and multi-agent workflows.
- Evidence of reusable technical output such as OSS contributions or technical blog posts.
