Location: Hybrid / Remote (Australia / APAC)
Salary: $240,000 – $250,000 USD plus bonus

What you will do
- Lead and develop the Legal Innovation Partner team, setting performance expectations and a culture of client-first excellence.
- Own a portfolio of strategic client relationships, personally driving renewals, expansions, and executive-level engagement with CIOs and innovation partners.
- Define and refine the firm's AI transformation engagement model in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Collaborate with the VP of Customer Success and Sales to forecast renewal pipelines and proactively manage at-risk accounts.
- Represent the company as a thought leader in legal AI adoption at industry conferences and forums.
- Hire, coach, and retain top talent capable of commanding credibility with law firm management committees and C-suite leaders.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in legal technology, legal operations, or enterprise customer success, with at least 4 years in leadership.
- Deep understanding of law firm operations and the current state of AI adoption in the legal industry.
- Demonstrated track record of growing a B2B SaaS book of business with direct accountability for renewal and expansion outcomes.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills for presenting to Management Committees and C-suite leaders.
- Ability to travel up to 30% to client sites, conferences, and internal meetings.
Nice to have
- JD or equivalent legal industry experience.
- Prior law firm practice or experience working with AmLaw 200 firms and large legal departments.
- Familiarity with document management systems and the broader LegalTech ecosystem.
