What you will do
- Manage general support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Coordinate platform upgrades and maintain data integrity between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Configure service level agreements (SLAs), instance branding, and custom dashboards.
- Maintain CMDB health using Discovery methods to support assets and configuration.
- Create and maintain process documentation for team members and end-users.
- Analyze current environments to propose and implement automation solutions.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- BS degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Active ServiceNow Certification.
- SME-level knowledge of ITSM, HR, Source-to-Pay, and ITIL processes.
- Strong communication skills to interact across all organizational levels.
Nice to have
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM).
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow client/server-side JavaScript and APIs.
