What you will do

• Manage general support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Coordinate platform upgrades and maintain data integrity between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Configure service level agreements (SLAs), instance branding, and custom dashboards.
• Maintain CMDB health using Discovery methods to support assets and configuration.
• Create and maintain process documentation for team members and end-users.
• Analyze current environments to propose and implement automation solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• BS degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Active ServiceNow Certification.
• SME-level knowledge of ITSM, HR, Source-to-Pay, and ITIL processes.
• Strong communication skills to interact across all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM).
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow client/server-side JavaScript and APIs.
