What you will do

• Deploy Hermes Agent Enterprise across diverse cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
• Integrate internal APIs, data systems, and enterprise tooling into agent workflows.
• Debug production issues spanning infrastructure, orchestration, and model layers.
• Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to scope, implement, and iterate on technical solutions.
• Enhance deployment reliability, observability, and internal operational tooling.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering experience in production environments.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers or internal stakeholders.
• Comfort debugging distributed systems and infrastructure issues.
• Ability to move quickly across backend, infrastructure, and AI application layers.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with LLM systems, agents, and retrieval pipelines.
• History of shipping customer-facing technical solutions.
