What you will do

• Manage and lead a team of Laboratory Systems Scientists.
• Drive the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of laboratory systems and operational processes.
• Bridge strategic direction from laboratory operations leadership with day-to-day execution.
• Partner with R&D, Bioinformatics, Software Engineering, and Quality teams to operationalize new capabilities.
• Ensure laboratory systems and workflows are scalable, efficient, and compliant.
• Oversee asset management and technology transfer initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Proven experience in process engineering and operational excellence within a regulated clinical laboratory environment.
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep understanding of high-throughput and high-complexity molecular testing operations.
