What you will do

• Provide proficient veterinary medical care including blood transfusions, anesthesia monitoring for high-risk patients, and wound care.
• Mentor team members and assist with training on practice policies and integrated technology.
• Serve as a PIMS administrative super-user to support the team's daily operations.
• Manage inventory needs and maintain accurate logs for controlled substances.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all workspaces.
• Communicate effectively with veterinarians and pet parents regarding patient status and care plans.

Requirements

• Successful completion of an accredited veterinary technology program and current licensure preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Veterinary Technician in practice preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to complete the Veterinary Technician III skills checklist.
• Strong ability to connect with clients and demonstrate compassion.
• Excellent verbal, written, observational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50-70 pounds frequently and stand/walk for up to 80% of the shift.
