What you will do

• Lead sourcing events and negotiations for portfolios exceeding $25M, focusing on People/HR technology and related services.
• Drive negotiation planning and stakeholder alignment for renewals and new initiatives.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and FP&A to execute structured agreements and manage risk.
• Identify cost savings and supplier consolidation opportunities via spend analysis and market benchmarking.
• Manage supplier relationships through Business Reviews, scorecarding, and governance processes.
• Support M&A integration efforts within the assigned portfolio as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience, specifically in HR, tech, marketing, or professional services.
• Proven success leading RFx processes and independent contract negotiations.
• Experience with sourcing and contract management platforms such as ZIP, Ironclad, or Ariba.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate spend data into actionable insights.
• Executive-level communication skills to influence VP-level stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with HCM, ATS, payroll, or learning platforms like Workday, Greenhouse, or Cornerstone.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or Engineering.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CPSM, CPM, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Experience in regulated industries such as mortgage, title, escrow, or banking.
