What you will do

  • Establish a quality management system to reduce the number of production bugs by 50%.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Directors to create effective automated testing processes, including end-to-end, unit, and API tests.
  • Integrate testing into the development lifecycle by engaging developers in quality maintenance.
  • Define quality metrics and test strategies to optimize the efficiency of test planning and execution.
  • Continuously implement and evolve an AI-based QA approach.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a QA engineer, including 5+ years leading teams of 5+ people.
  • 5+ years of practical experience in test automation for REST API and UI using high-level programming languages (C# preferred).
  • Proven track record of establishing and supporting professional testing processes and methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Selenium Webdriver, Git, and Allure.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic startup atmosphere and make independent decisions within set timeframes.
  • Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

  • Experience in hiring, motivating, and mentoring team members to reach personal goals.
  • Knowledge of Docker and DevOps practices.
  • Practical experience in integrating complex automated testing processes.
