What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers to foster technical excellence.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks from scratch using AI-based tools.
• Advance the overall QA strategy to support Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD).
• Oversee the development of comprehensive UI and API test suites for web and desktop products.
• Perform complex data validation and backend testing using PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical testing requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in QA Team Management and hands-on automation testing.
• 3+ years of experience in a Release Quality or equivalent role focused on automating release validation.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining robust automation frameworks, including AI-based testing tools.
• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Experience with automation of Windows desktop applications using AI.
• Experience with automated visual testing.
• Proven experience in enterprise-level release management.
• Experience with cybersecurity products testing.
