What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers to foster technical excellence.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks from scratch using AI-based tools.
- Advance the overall QA strategy to support Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD).
- Oversee the development of comprehensive UI and API test suites for web and desktop products.
- Perform complex data validation and backend testing using PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical testing requirements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in QA Team Management and hands-on automation testing.
- 3+ years of experience in a Release Quality or equivalent role focused on automating release validation.
- Proven experience designing and maintaining robust automation frameworks, including AI-based testing tools.
- Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
- Experience with automation of Windows desktop applications using AI.
- Experience with automated visual testing.
- Proven experience in enterprise-level release management.
- Experience with cybersecurity products testing.
