What you will do

  • Coach team on best practices, transform juniors into independent experts, and foster self-serve culture with documentation.
  • Partner with Dev and UX to govern feature lifecycle, represent QA in working groups, and align quality with business priorities.
  • Ensure sprint goals delivery, author Quality OKRs, maintain urgency to ship frequently, and manage underperformance.
  • Champion Claude and GitHub Copilot for test generation and analysis, evaluate AI tools, set guidelines, and integrate into CI/CD.

Requirements

  • Proven QA leadership experience in fast-paced tech or fintech.
  • Strong test automation knowledge (xUnit, RestSharp, Cypress), RESTful APIs, microservices, agile methodologies.
  • Hands-on with AI coding assistants (Claude, GitHub Copilot) and driving AI adoption.
  • Experience designing responsible AI guidelines and integrating testing into CI/CD.
  • Data-driven decisions with agile metrics and Quality OKRs.
