TL;DR

Location: Hybrid or Remote in Bulgaria

What you will do

  • Design, build, and maintain automated test suites for C# backend services and React frontend.
  • Select appropriate testing frameworks and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
  • Write and execute structured manual test scripts, exploratory tests, and regression suites.
  • Introduce QA best practices and advocate for a shift-left testing approach within the engineering team.
  • Collaborate with developers and product stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and the definition of done.
  • Document defects with reproducible steps and track quality trends over time.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of QA experience in a software development environment.
  • Proven experience writing automated tests for C# applications and modern JavaScript frameworks (React).
  • Proficiency with REST APIs and tools such as Postman.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong ability to write maintainable manual test plans and perform root cause analysis.
  • Must be based in Bulgaria.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within a SaaS product environment.
  • Familiarity with performance or load testing tools.
  • Exposure to accessibility testing (WCAG standards).
  • Experience contributing to QA strategy in a growing startup environment.
