What you will do

• Lead technical implementations of AI tools for enterprise clients.
• Design and execute custom integrations using APIs, webhooks, and databases.
• Partner with Sales teams to provide technical expertise and product demonstrations.
• Build proof-of-concepts and pilot programs to accelerate customer adoption.
• Train customer teams on product capabilities and best practices.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product development and roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and reside in the CST or EST time zones.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Python.
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and enterprise software integrations.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare technology or familiarity with HIPAA/SOC 2 compliance.
• Background in a forward-deployed or field engineer role at an AI/SaaS company.
• Experience with data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI Service.
