What you will do

• Oversee daily financial activities for restructuring and transaction advisory projects.
• Perform quality of earnings, cash flow analysis, and financial due diligence.
• Develop and review complex financial models to support business processes and transactions.
• Assess operational and financial performance of client businesses.
• Draft comprehensive reports and presentations detailing project findings and results.
• Manage engagement teams and provide mentorship to junior staff members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant post-graduate experience.
• Must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and corporate functions.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.

Nice to have

• CPA, CFA, or MBA certification.
• Previous experience in a professional services or public accounting firm.
• Strong report writing and issue resolution skills.
