TL;DR

Customer Service Representative (Luxury Products): Providing high-quality customer care and technical support for luxury kitchen and bath products with an accent on troubleshooting and warranty support. Focus on resolving complex product issues, interpreting technical drawings, and maintaining a premium consumer experience.

Location: Remote (must follow company Remote Work Policy and be based in the US). Office based in Omaha, NE.

Salary: $37,000 annually ($17.70 p/h)

What you will do

  • Deliver an exceptional consumer experience for luxury products to foster positive brand promotion.
  • Handle inbound calls and emails to troubleshoot and resolve product or technical issues.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and documentation to resolve diagnosis, repair, and installation questions.
  • Utilize technology to assist consumers in identifying products and providing installation guidance.
  • Manage challenging or sensitive consumer situations with professionalism and composure.
  • Document consumer demographics, product details, and troubleshooting steps accurately.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years experience in a contact center or fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Must be based in the US and meet internet speed requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word) and Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to pass background and drug tests and maintain a secure workspace.

Nice to have

  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior experience with CRM/ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Ability to communicate in French.
