What you will do

  • Process customer orders in SAP, ensuring full compliance with terms, conditions, and shipping windows.
  • Coordinate demand forecasting and supply assurance to increase customer loyalty and sales potential.
  • Resolve customer complaints, return requests, and invoice queries by clarifying requirements.
  • Lead regular customer logistics review meetings to provide service updates and discuss lead-time and forecast performance.
  • Analyze service performance using logistics data, NPS, and customer KPIs to implement continuous improvement actions.

Requirements

  • University or college degree in a business-related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in high-end customer service, supply chain, or sales, ideally within the Automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in SAP (or other ERP systems) and basic Excel analytical skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English for professional communication across diverse teams.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Budapest.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in a second language, such as German.
  • Advanced experience with SAP core modules and workflows to optimize business processes.
