What you will do

  • Manage the full employee IT lifecycle, including joiner/mover/leaver processes and access reviews.
  • Administer the core SaaS ecosystem, specifically Google Workspace and GCP at the admin level.
  • Provide 2nd-level support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Maintain DNS records and domain registrars with proper documentation.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve IT issues.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive CMDB and Knowledge Base to ensure operational clarity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Operations Specialist.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration (users, groups, security policies).
  • Proficiency with GCP, Jira, Notion, and 1Password.
  • Ability to work within the GMT+1 to GMT+7 time zone range.
  • Proven background in fast-growth tech or SaaS environments.
  • Ownership mindset with strong prioritization and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Terraform or infrastructure-as-code for identity workflows.
  • Exposure to identity providers, SSO/SCIM provisioning, and zero-trust security models.
