What you will do

• Manage production network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance of core platforms and services.
• Design and operate network solutions in collaboration with customers, sales, and product management teams.
• Optimize network reliability and performance, creating runbooks and tools to simplify operations for the Infrastructure Operations Center (IOC).
• Build high-performance network systems using automation and detailed documentation.
• Act as the ultimate escalation point for complex network incidents.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of IT experience with mandatory ITSM foundation training.
• Strong proficiency in BGP and general networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, VXLAN, EVPN, Spine/Leaf).
• Competency in at least one public cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure, or IBM Cloud).
• Experience with network hardware such as Arista, Cisco, or Cumulus.
• Fluent English (verbal and written) required.

Nice to have

• Experience with OSPF and VMware NSX-T.
• Proficiency in automation tools and languages (Ansible, Terraform, Python, Go).
• Knowledge of telemetry-based monitoring (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Telegraf).
