Salary: $140,000 - $187,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy for field product and partner enablement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Product Marketing leadership to create aligned training.
• Maintain and improve a continuous learning program covering product launches, demo excellence, and partner readiness.
• Train and reinforce how hirify.global’s platform, AI capabilities, and product value should be positioned consistently.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and use data to optimize programs.
• Partner with various departments to drive impactful content and programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enablement, sales training, or related GTM roles within an enterprise environment.
• Proven track record of building and scaling enablement programs for field teams and/or partner ecosystems.
• Strong preference for experience with AI products, AI platform positioning, or enabling audiences on emerging AI capabilities.
• Strong preference for Command of the Message or similar value-based methodology experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
