Salary: $180,000 – $247,500 USD

What you will do

• Lead the post-technical win strategy and execution plan for strategic customer use cases.
• Act as the primary technical contact for production go-live and ongoing platform adoption.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Professional Services, Support, and Engineering to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Develop and execute roadmaps for user enablement, cost optimization, and product adoption.
• Provide KPI reporting on customer health, usage status, and risk management to leadership.
• Navigate internal product teams to facilitate new innovations and private previews for customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery within Data and AI.
• Programming proficiency in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as pre-sales, architecture, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
• Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships and executive escalations.
• Ability to travel up to 30% as required.
