What you will do

• Map user journeys to identify friction points and optimize the performance of conversion funnels.
• Synthesize user feedback from reviews, support, and research into actionable product insights.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of growth initiatives, including landing pages and compliance-driven features.
• Design and execute A/B tests and quantitative funnel analyses to drive growth.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to ship high-quality, trust-based user experiences.
• Coordinate with the China-based engineering team to ensure tight execution.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), product management, or product/business operations.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Willingness to flex working hours to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours.
• Exceptionally structured thinker with the ability to communicate with precision.
• Data-driven approach to forming and testing hypotheses using quantitative analysis.
