What you will do

• Own software development end-to-end, from infrastructure to user-facing interfaces.
• Ship internal tooling and products like Nous Portal and Hermes Agent.
• Collaborate with designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Solve complex technical challenges across the entire stack.
• Implement thorough testing protocols for all shipped code.
• Lead technical decision-making regarding stack selection and implementation strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and a systems-level language like Rust.
• Familiarity with PyTorch and the broader AI tooling ecosystem.
• Genuine passion for AI and AI-enabled products.
• High level of self-motivation and curiosity.

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic systems or tool-calling loops.
• Familiarity with OpenAI-compatible APIs and multi-provider routing.
• Experience with managed cloud infrastructure and serverless execution environments.
• History of open-source contributions to the AI ecosystem.
