What you will do

• Own features end-to-end from design and development to deployment and iteration.
• Build agentic systems that utilize tools and APIs with a focus on reliability and safety.
• Develop across the full stack using React, TypeScript, and backend services in Java, Python, or Node.
• Partner with product teams and customers to identify and solve real-world customer experience problems.
• Implement LLM integrations including RAG, tool calling, and structured outputs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Hungary
• ~3 years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in full-stack development including React, TypeScript, and backend languages (Java, Python, or Node).
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, including RAG and evaluation.
• Familiarity with agentic patterns such as multi-step reasoning and autonomous tool use.
• Working knowledge of AWS services like Lambda, ECS, or Bedrock.
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Background in customer service, contact center, or CX domains.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS requirements like multi-tenancy and access control.
