What you will do

• Design and evolve scalable frameworks and models to measure marketing effectiveness.
• Partner with engineering and data science to industrialize measurement, including incrementality testing (Conversion Lift, GeoLift, Causal Impact), MMM, and MTA.
• Translate complex analytical results into actionable investment recommendations to maximize marketing ROI.
• Act as the internal thought leader on marketing measurement, influencing strategy and operations.
• Champion an incrementality-first mindset across the organization to drive data-driven growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, measurement, or marketing science, ideally in digital or app-based business.
• Hands-on experience and deep understanding of incrementality testing.
• Strong analytical capability in Python or R, and proficiency in SQL for data manipulation.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and distill them into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of multi-touch attribution (MTA) and marketing mix modeling (MMM).
• Experience building marketing data products or automation pipelines with data engineers.
• Familiarity with cloud data environments (BigQuery, AWS, GCP) and visualization tools (Looker, Power BI).
• Exposure to performance marketing platforms such as AppsFlyer, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
• Comfort using practical AI tools (e.g., Gemini) to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
