What you will do

• Analyze large-scale datasets related to agent performance, support interactions, and QA.
• Write optimized SQL queries and build dashboards in Tableau or Metabase.
• Utilize LLM tools and prompt engineering for analytical tasks and insights generation.
• Automate data tasks and support workflows using Python and Airflow.
• Optimize analytics pipelines and data marts to improve performance and reliability.
• Partner with Operations, Support Management, and QA to identify root causes and improve agent tooling.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst in a data-heavy environment.
• Advanced SQL skills (BigQuery and/or ClickHouse).
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with data visualization tools and modern data pipelines (Airflow).
• Experience with LLM agents, prompt engineering, and API usage.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
