What you will do

• Analyze customer data to identify trends and behaviors for enhancing player engagement and retention.
• Predict, budget, and monitor the impact of CRM activities to optimize campaign spend across markets.
• Build statistical models to drive informed, data-based decision-making.
• Optimize player value, gameplay activity, and promotional offerings.
• Develop, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL and Tableau.
• Collaborate with BI and Casino teams to analyze game and provider performance across different brands.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role specifically within the iGaming industry.
• 2-3 years of experience in commercial or business analysis working with large data sets.
• Strong understanding of operational CRM, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
• Proficiency in SQL for reporting and experience with visualization tools like Tableau.
• Degree in a quantitative field such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of gamification principles and ability to apply them to boost user engagement.
