What you will do

• Strengthen and extend automated regression frameworks to ensure reliable nightly runs.
• Build and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests across Python, C# APIs, SQL, and MongoDB.
• Implement golden-master and tolerance-based tests for complex financial calculation engines.
• Manage CI/CD quality gates and define criteria for merge and release blocks.
• Collaborate with developers to shift testing left and investigate production defects using logs and traces.
• Utilize AI tools like Claude Code to expand test coverage and optimize QA processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software quality assurance experience.
• Strong coding skills in Python with experience designing automated test frameworks.
• Proven experience testing RESTful web services and web applications in Azure.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test pyramid principles.
• Intermediate high level of English.
• Understanding of security and compliance considerations in financial software.

Nice to have

• Experience with Playwright, contract testing (Pact), or modern E2E tooling.
• Background in financial solutions, pricing engines, or risk models.
• Familiarity with AI development tools like Copilot or Claude Code.
