Focus on building and troubleshooting PC workstations, executing compliance tests across various OS versions, and coordinating with hardware vendors.

Location: Hybrid (Odesa, Kyiv) or Onsite (Chengdu, China)

What you will do

• Perform PC compliance tests on multiple clients (hirify.global Connect, Steam) using various OS versions and localizations.
• Execute compatibility and performance tests using dedicated tools and analyze obtained results.
• Build, modify, and troubleshoot PC workstations to suit project and team needs.
• Support production teams in implementing PC-specific features such as graphic options, peripherals, and exotic hardware support.
• Investigate, reproduce, report, and track PCR issues, finding workarounds for production teams.
• Manage project tests by planning, coordinating, and ensuring proper test coverage.

Requirements

• English: Upper intermediate (B2) or higher required
• Good knowledge of testing principles, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and bug life cycle.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools like Jira, Jira X-Ray, or TestRail.
• Extended knowledge of PC hardware, software, and PC-specific features.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to visit the office a few times per week for hybrid roles.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Steam Deck and Windows-based handheld PCs.
• Strong PC platform troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in testing video and graphic options.
• Experience in assembling PCs from scratch.
