TL;DR
QA Engineer (LegalTech/SaaS): Ensuring product quality for a high-growth D2C LegalTech product with an accent on manual testing, browser behavior, and user journeys. Focus on risk-based QA, cross-browser stability using BrowserStack, and validating complex subscription and authentication flows.
Location: Remote (Ukraine, EU, Georgia, Serbia, Turkey). Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.

What you will do
- Take full ownership of product quality for a high-growth D2C LegalTech product.
- Conduct hands-on manual testing across various browsers and devices to ensure stability.
- Analyze user journeys and spot risks early to prevent production issues.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless releases.
- Validate API responses (REST/JSON) and debug using Browser DevTools.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based within ± 4 hours of CET.
- Deep knowledge of modern web architecture, including cookies, sessions, and localStorage.
- Experience testing subscription-based products, billing flows, and OAuth/SSO authentication.
- Proficiency with BrowserStack (mandatory) for cross-browser and real-device testing.
- Ability to analyze network traffic, console errors, and cache issues via DevTools.
- Strong regression mindset and ability to independently validate fixes.
Nice to have
- Experience with D2C SaaS products.
- Exposure to A/B testing, feature flags, or experimentation frameworks.
- General understanding of automated testing concepts.
