What you will do

• Oversee regulatory compliance for payment and e-money operations in the Netherlands and across the EEA.
• Strengthen the internal compliance framework and manage non-client integrity and regulatory risks.
• Provide expert regulatory advisory support to the business and management boards.
• Ensure platform compliance with broader EU legislation covering online financial services.
• Shape the operational strategy of the compliance function during rapid company expansion.
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer on strategic compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive expertise in payments, e-money, and banking compliance.
• Deep understanding of Dutch and EU financial services regulations.
