Senior Compliance Supervisor (Fintech)

We're hiring a Senior Compliance Supervisor at Pay.com.

This role is for someone who's spent years in the weeds of payments compliance and actually enjoys it. You know your way around AML, and you're the person your team comes to when a case gets complicated.

Day-to-day you'd be supervising our US compliance program, reviewing merchant risk decisions, leading AML and regulatory reviews, and owning quality control across the team. It's a senior role with real responsibility, not a lot of hand-holding.

We're looking for 7+ years in payments, fintech, or regulated financial services.
