What you will do

• Lead the vision, roadmap, and end-to-end execution for recommendation products used across multiple hirify.global verticals.
• Develop a multi-year product strategy for recommendation applications aligned with company priorities and the Connected Trip mission.
• Define and own success metrics for recommendation quality, including engagement, conversion, and relevance.
• Drive large-scale experimentation in partnership with data science to improve recommendation logic and models.
• Collaborate with ML engineers on problem framing, signal strategy, and optimization loops.
• Translate fragmented stakeholder requirements into a coherent and prioritized platform roadmap.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of product management experience owning large-scale, technically complex products.
• Proven experience with ML-powered products in recommendation, ranking, search, or personalization within high-traffic environments.
• Strong background in data science, analytics, and A/B testing methodology.
• Solid understanding of recommendation system fundamentals, including retrieval/ranking trade-offs and online/offline evaluation.
• Ability to align diverse teams and handle conflicting priorities up to senior leadership levels.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Amsterdam; no relocation assistance provided.
