What you will do

• Lead earned media expansion in key geographies like Germany, France, Spain, Brazil, Mexico, and Japan.
• Build and manage global PR agency infrastructure, including selection and onboarding.
• Collaborate with marketing teams across Helsinki, London, APAC, and Americas on communications strategies.
• Drive media attention for game campaigns, launches, updates, partnerships, and cultural activations.
• Maintain relationships with media in consumer, games, entertainment, and pop culture verticals.
• Provide strategic support for long-term marketing goals and act as media contact for insights.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Significant experience in global communications role at entertainment company or senior agency position.
• Proven track record leading external communications campaigns from strategy to execution.
• Strong understanding of earned media dynamics across regions, audiences, and platforms.
• Experience managing PR agencies, partners, and regional teams.
• Deep knowledge of games, entertainment, and pop culture trends; resourceful problem-solving in ambiguity.
• Actively using AI tools in daily work.

Nice to have

• Experience in games or entertainment industry.
• Media relationships in priority verticals and markets like Germany, France, Spain, Brazil, Mexico, Japan.
• French, German, or Spanish proficiency.
• Experience in both in-house and agency communications.
