What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective software solutions using modern design patterns.
• Architect event-driven cloud services and intelligent automations to modernize workforce operations.
• Develop and maintain robust integrations with external APIs and AI/LLM platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Security, and Infrastructure to elevate engineering standards.
• Participate in and lead Agile SCRUM ceremonies and peer code/design reviews.
• Implement AI infrastructure, including guardrails, secrets management, and access controls for LLM-based systems.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of production-level software development experience owning the full feature lifecycle.
• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and AWS Serverless technologies.
• Practical experience with AI infrastructure, LLM-based systems, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain robust integrations with external APIs.
• Ability to travel 3–5 times per year to NYC or Reston, VA.
