Solution Development Lead (Logistics/Consulting): Evaluating and developing costing for complex service solutions and maintenance proposals with an accent on customer business requirements and operational uptime. Location: Must be based in the United States (Grand Rapids, MI; Wauwatosa, WI; Henrietta, NY; Dallas, TX; or Atlanta, GA). The role requires flexibility to work remotely as needed based on business demands.

What you will do

• Analyze customer business requirements to design integrated hardware and software solutions.
• Develop costing workbooks and documentation for new and renewal service proposals.
• Lead and coordinate proposal teams to ensure accurate and timely submission.
• Facilitate the transition of awarded projects to the operations team.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining proposal standards.
• Conduct training sessions on estimating and proposal standards for the Business Development department.

Requirements

• BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent advanced degree.
• 5-8 years of successful experience in a related field.
• Proven ability to lead, direct, and motivate proposal teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities with various deadlines simultaneously.
• Reliable forecasting and reporting capabilities regarding proposal status.
