Senior Director, Global Order to Cash (Finance)

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Order to Cash process design and execution across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
• Oversee billing, collections, credit, and cash application using SAP, Salesforce, and other reporting platforms.
• Define and monitor key performance metrics including DSO, aging, and billing accuracy.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Audit teams to ensure regulatory and financial control adherence.
• Implement process improvements leveraging system automation and AI-based reconciliation tools.
• Manage and develop a global team consisting of internal staff and outsourced BPO providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 10+ years of experience leading Order to Cash functions in global, matrixed organizations.
• Deep knowledge of accounts receivable, credit risk, and revenue recognition.
• Experience managing third-party BPO or shared service providers.
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM platforms, specifically SAP and Salesforce.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or other advanced business/finance credentials.
• Experience in media, entertainment, digital advertising, or content distribution revenue models.
• Experience with post-merger integration or spin-off operational activities.
