What you will do
- Prepare sales materials, media plans, proposals, and presentations for the Sales & Account Management team.
- Support the full sales funnel, including prospect blueprinting, event support, and meeting follow-ups.
- Launch, monitor, and optimize client campaigns on a weekly basis to ensure KPIs are met.
- Compile and analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and client reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of deliverables and invoices.
- Participate in client calls and strategic discussions to gain client-facing experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital planning or sales strategy within a media agency or digital technology company.
- Strong understanding of media math and ability to build digital media plans.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work in the NYC office 3 days per week.
